This is Elizabeth Magie's game Kings Men, produced in limited numbers by Parker Brothers in 1937 as part of their agreement for purchasing her patent for the Landlord's game, an early version of Monopoly.

It is fairly tattered and a couple of the player pieces are missing, but it is still playable and collectable. I believe the pictures show enough detail to make a good judgement of condition. The box measures about 12 1/4 inches square by 1 3/4" tall.
